Tillers
Preparing the soil for growing plants or setting up a lawn requires prior loosening and leveling the ground – especially compact and bumpy ground . In the case of small areas (agricultural tractors equipped with appropriate attachments are delegated to larger areas), this work can be performed with the help of manual tiller, which can also be used to introduce fertilizer or compost into the ground. The simplest models have an electric drive, while the more advanced ones are equipped with powerful combustion engines and gears with a reverse gear. The task of the engine is to set the shaft in motion, packed with sets of knives, which “dig through” the terrain. The maneuvering of the device is facilitated by support wheels on which it moves and contoured, ergonomic handles.
